Computersystems S.A., one of the leading companies in the Information Technology market, and successfully established in Luxembourg since 1981, has been given a new legal and commercial structure, which took effect from 1st January 1998 and is totalling 100 people.

The on-going activity of a company must be constantly re-appraised in the light of such rapid developments as occur in Information Technology.

This is continually calling for new specialization.

Three core businesses have been chosen :

                  Server, PC and Storage infrastructures - Virtualization

                  Corporate networks - Lan/Wan VoIP

                  IT Services

For each of these distinct and specialized activities, we have provided a specific and independent infrastructure, thus enabling us best to enhance our skills over the years to come.

The new structure consists of a holding company called Systemsgroup S.A., which holds the entity of the shares in the three companies, and which from 1998 on combines all our activities. These are: Computersystems S.A., Netcore PSF S.A. and Tertio S.A.

Each of this companies constitutes an independent corporate entity with its own management.
