P&T increased its stake in Netcore PSF S.A.
The board of directors of P&T and Netcore PSF S.A. are pleased to announce the take over of Computersystems S.A. as a 100% subsidiary of Netcore PSF S.A. earlier this year.
P&T has increased its ownership stake in Netcore PSF S.A. with effect from 1 January 2010. The capital of Netcore PSF S.A. is now owned to 75% by P&T and 25% by Systemsgroup S.A. By late 2012, the participation of P&T in Netcore PSF S.A. will be brought up to 100%.
Over the coming months, the merger will allow both companies to better synchronize the efforts of both entities to establish themselves as market leader in Luxembourg in their respective areas of activity and to extend the statute of PSF obtained in early 2008 to the activities of Computersystems S.A.
The strategic aim in the long term of this investment is to offer customers a converged solution from the virtualization of Servers and Storage solutions to their integration into corporate networks (Data, VoIP, Video, Storage and Security) .
